Originally from Birmingham, AL, I made my way down to Pinellas County after living in New Orleans, up until August of 2005.
With my move to Florida also came my first house I could call my own. It's truly a different feeling to own rather than rent, as I'm sure any homeowner would tell you. I feel I can relate to many first time home buyers, as the feelings and concerns that come when a young person buys their first home are still fresh with me. This market, with lower prices, historically low interest rates, and the $8,000 government Tax Credit, are certainly opening the door for many first-timers, and I welcome the opportunity to serve you!
